e-Learning Authoring Conference Daily Schedule

The 2011 schedule has not yet beeen determined. Check back when we get closer to the dates.

Note that all sessions are in the Worner Campus Center. Check-in and snacks are in Gaylord Hall on the main floor. All conference rooms are on the second floor except for the Royal Gorge (WES) room, which is in the basement in the WES room. There is a convenient elevator between it and the 2nd floor.

2011 Conference Schedule

Sunday, July 31
3:00 PM to Midnight Arrival and check-in for Preconference attendees who will be attending sessions on Monday, August 1. Check in at the WES (Royal Gorge) room located in the basement of the Worner Campus Center until 5:30 PM. After that, check in at the Loomis Hall desk.
5:15 PM to 6:30 PM Dining Hall Open for Dinner for Preconference attendees. Cost is $12.
Midnight to Morning Late Arrival and check-in for Preconference attendees 
(Call 719-963-1110 to be met at the door of Loomis Hall)


Monday, August 1
7:15 AM to 7:50 AM Dining Hall open for Breakfast for Preconference attendees. Cost is $7.
